We will still take walk-ins and day comers at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare: $5/day, $20 for all 5-days.

It will be easier if you print out the Registration Form in advance, fill it out and bring it with you (click on the very bottom line):

Please check-in first and drop off your luggage in your room. Ushers will not allow anyone in the registration area with luggage.

Please go to the GRAND BALLROOM lobby on Saturday, 12/26/2009 to register. Registration begins at 2P.

We cannot guarantee meal tickets from this point on.

are served buffet style prepared fresh daily by the chefs at Hyatt!  That’s right, 12 consecutive buffets!  Tell me that’s not amazing!

*Please take the weather into consideration if you plan to commute and/or dine out.  We may very well be trapped inside if there’s a major snow storm.  We strongly suggest you pick at least ONE meal each day at the Hyatt so you won’t go hungry.

There will be no changes for meal plans after 12/15 for meals.  No refund after 12/5.

Rosemont Hotel of O’Hare is connected by a covered partially heated skyway to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. It’s about a 10 minutes walk.

RATE:
$56.5 per night, taxes included. The rate is the same for a Standard double-bed room or a Standard King-bed room.
Rates is good from Thursday, 12/24 – Thursday, 12/31/2009.
Parking is free for hotel guests. Hotel has complimentary shuttle bus from O’Hare Airport.

If you decide to change hotels from Hyatt Regency O’Hare to Rosemont Hotel of O’Hare in order to get a double-bed room or just save a few dollars. Just be sure to CANCEL your Hyatt Regency O’Hare reservation while you are at it so you are not getting charged for both hotels!

• Chicagoland Pastors and spouse:  you are exempt from paying the Registration Fee.  But you still need to register in order to receive a name tag.
• Registration fees does not include hotel room.  Each party is responsible for booking your own hotel room with the Hyatt.
• GRACE 2009:  When Amazing Happens is for High School, College and Post-College Young Adults.  There is a separate Children’s Program and Grade School Program – both in English and the Gospel For China Conference program in Chinese.
• You may commute and come to parts of the Conference, however, we highly recommend staying – especially at this incredible low rate.  Take into consideration the Chicago wintry weather.
• There is no refund for the registration fee.
• You can still register after 12/5.
• If you’re flying in from out of town, the Hyatt has a bus shuttle that runs from O’hare airport to the Hyatt Regency O’hare every 15 minutes.
• Hotel will honor the rate of $60/night/room from Thursday, December 24th until Thursday, December 31st.
